Terms and conditions of sale

1. Scope

These terms and conditions govern sales made on pik-supplies.to by PIK.Supplies.

2. Products

The products are sold exclusively for in-vitro and laboratory research purposes. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are a qualified researcher.

3. Prices

Prices are stated in euros. The dollar equivalent is given for information only. Delivery charges are shown before the order is finalised.

4. Orders and payment

The order is confirmed once payment has been received. Payment is made through our payment provider (crypto / card). The order is prepared as soon as payment is confirmed.

5. Delivery

Delivery within France and Europe (excluding the United Kingdom). Delivery times are indicative and depend on the carrier. A tracking number is provided on dispatch.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the applicable regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been unsealed and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
